Workout of The Day – 12/4/17 – Start It Light, Do It Right

Beginning structured strength training with running instead of this hilly run everyday nonsense. Setting the training maxes super low and hoping for quick progression and recovery.

Squat – low bar – beltless all
Supersetted w/ 8 x 30# hammer curls
5 x 135, 5 x 185
3 x 5 x 225 – easy
Supersetted w/ 15 single leg calf raises
5 x 135
3 x 5 x 160 – super easy. Working on speed.
Deadlift – DO grip, beltless
5 x 225
1 x 5 x 265


45 min hike w/ the doggos for recovery. Really feeling the long run yesterday.
