Squat

Every set supersetted with: 

8 x 35#db hammer curls

10 single leg Calf Raises (rings to assist)

135 x 5, 225 x3, 275 x 3belated

3 x 3 x 320
Bench

Every set supersetted with:

8 blue band chest pulls

10 Bulgarian split squat (BW Only)

5 x 135, 185 x 5,

3 x 3 x 225
Deads

Every set supersetted with: 

10 dips

275 x 3, 335 x 3

1 x 3 x 380
Everything except bench feeling super heavy, but I’m ok with it considering the caloric deficit and volume I’m adding. Feeling good
