Not a lot of sleep last night. 9:00-3:00

STRENGTH

250, 355, 425 BSD, 3 x 3 x 90% Week

Squat

Every set supersetted with: 

8 x 35#db hammer curls

10 single leg Calf Raises (rings to assist)

135 x 5, 225 x 5, 275 x 3 belted

3 x 3 x 320

Feeling pretty heavy.
Bench

Every set supersetted with:

8 blue band chest pulls

8 Bulgarian split squat (BW Only)

5 x 135, 195 x 3

4 x 3 x 225

Took a break in the middle. 
Deads

Every set supersetted with: 

8 dips

275 x 5, 340 x 3

1 x 3 x 380

Feeing heavy, but no problem really. 
Whole workout shouldn’t have taken over an hour.
