  • The Long-Range Strength New Year’s Challenge (Adventure Challenge)
    • Inspired by the Dirtbag Runners New Year’s virtual run and the Lift Heavy Run Long Community, the plan is to Deadlift 400+ lbs at noon on 12PM New Years Eve, then run as far as possible until 12PM New Year’s Day.
